Testec oscilloscope probes
The Testec is an active differential oscilloscope probe that enables a conventional oscilloscope to display and measure in-circuit waveforms that are referenced to high common-mode voltages. It is capable of safely measuring differential voltages up to ±2500V AC and 7000VAC/DC. It supports bandwidths up to 70MHz.
