The aerosol allows to apply a precise and ultra thin layer, not to disturb fine details. Allows fast mould exchanges as new moulds don’t have to be degreased before application. Flashes off condense due to temperature changes on new moulds coming into production. Applications NSR Ultra Thin is formulated without silicones to allow post moulding operations. When fine details are moulded, the ultra thin layer does not disturb the moulds geometry. Demoulding of transparent plastics (optical). The very limited transfer assures that the moulded parts are not contaminated with the release agent. Complex parts in rigid plastics might give some difficulties during demoulding. The extra slip from the NSR Ultra Thin (comparable to the slip of silicone oils) allows an easy and fast demoulding. During fast mould exchanges, the protective oils do not have to be cleaned. The NSR Ultra Thin absorbs oils and grease remnants. Directions Can be applied directly on a mould without prior cleaning. Diffuse a uniform layer on the mould when at room temperature. Allow drying. Repeat as soon as moulding starts to get difficult.

Non-silicone release agent formulated to release a wide variety of thermosets in high temperature transformation. Directions In case other products have been used before, clean the surface to be treated. Shake the Aerosol during 2 min. Stir the bulk product firmly. Apply a uniform film. Repeat after 15 minutes until the complete mould surface is covered. Allow curing for 30 minutes. Re-apply as soon as the release shows to become more difficult.

Polymer Remover Highly effective and powerful solvent blend developed for use on heavily soiled moulds and dies to remove a variety of moulding deposits. Features Foaming action which clings to the mould surface and facilitates a good contact with the contamination. Removes: plastics, rubbers and resin residues, even when carbonized. Thixotropic formulation for maximum efficiency, even on vertical surfaces. Leaves a clean and dry surface after application. Application Thorough cleaning of mould surfaces. Eliminate remnants of polymers gaskets or gaz blowouts on transforming moulds. Directions Apply think layer from 25 cm distance. Allow to act on the surface for 10 to 15 minutes. Take of the residue with a brush, plastic spatula or a water jet. Clean the mould according to the standard procedure. Protect the surfaces against corrosion when stored.
