Keithley SourceMeter SMU Instrument 2460
Keithley's Model 2460 SourceMeter Source Measure Unit (SMU) is designed for high power, high precision I-V characterisation of modern materials and high power devices. It is packed with features which make testing intuitive and help engineers and scientists to learn faster, work smarter and invent easier (Keithley's Touch, Test, Invent® design philosophy). The Model 2460 offers users a capacitative touchscreen graphical user interface (GUI), and high power sourcing (up to 105V, 7A DC/7A pulse, 100W maximum) with 0.012% basic measurement accuracy and 6-digit resolution. Applications cover the current/voltage characterisation and functional test of a wide range of modern electronic devices including: power semiconductors and materials (silicon carbide, gallium nitride, IBGTs, power MOSFETs, thyristors); power devices (telecom power management chipsets, DC-DC converters); electrochemistry (galvanic cycling, cyclic voltammetry, electro-deposition); energy generation (solar cells and panels, batteries); efficient energy consumption (LEDs, OLEDs, AMOLEDs, HBLEDs, solid-state lighting, laser diodes, automotive modules, power management modules).
